Brilliant view-finder. Reversing back. Removable lens panel. Wide-angle flap.

Identification:
Original type struts. Square cornered bellows. Brass extension slide. Type 1 front standard lock. No infinity catch springs. Lens panel held by swivelling clips. Type 1 Wide-angle flap catch. Type 1 name plaque. Type 1 back catch. "Patent" on side strut.

Movements:
Rising front, tilting front.

f6, 7.6" Dallmeyer No. 4 Stigmatic Series II, iris diaphragm to f45. The Stigmatic could be divided giving lenses of about 15" (front) and 11.5" (back). Serial no. 61833 (1900).

The Original model of the Sanderson is easily distinguished by the curved struts supporting the front standard and the brass hinges holding the front standard in the vertical position. The first version of the Original had a metal bed for the focusing slide, the second version had a wooden slide with brass plates.
