Polished mahogany body, brass fittings, black leather bellows. Finger joints on body.

Format:
2 ½" x 3 ½" plates held in metal single dark-slides.

Focusing:
Bellows, scale to 2 feet. Single extension.

Attributes:
Brilliant view-finder.

Movements:
Rising front.

Notes:
Name plaque shows branches in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Belfast, Paisley, Greenock and Aberdeen. After 1913.

The Dainty was released in 1909 and advertised as a pocket camera. It was sold only in the specification shown here and, unusually, took single metal slides. The price was very low at £1.8.6.
