For viewing 35 mm film. Punch to mark negative. Sliding focusing, 5x magnification. Magnifier comprises a plano-convex lens nearest the eye and a bi-concave lens near the film. The frame numbers are visible in the eye-piece.

An optional diffusing screen was available.
