The Kola is a superbly constructed camera that came in several different finishes with different lens and shutter combinations. It is unusual in taking exposures on either roll-film or 35 mm film held in cassettes. 35 mm film was held in velvet lined cassettes they were released from the film chambers by pins on the top of the camera, the film was not sprocket fed.
