Lens:
Two, meniscus lenses.

Shutter:
Single-blade guillotine with capping blade, spring powered.

Construction:
Multi-coloured Bakelite body with metal back.

Format:
4, 42 x 50 mm exposures on 127 roll-film. Stereo pairs are consecutive on film.

Focusing:
Fixed.

Attributes:
Direct vision (lens/lens) and waist-level brilliant view-finders.
Film advance indicated by red window, when taking stereo pairs the film is advanced until an odd number shows in the red window. When taking eight single exposures on a roll of film the film is advanced to show even and odd numbers in the red window.
Single exposure facility by blanking plate over one lens.

Serial Number:
B46536. On a label inside the camera .

With:

  • Cardboard viewer.
  • Instructions.

The 3D is distinctive for the Bakelite body that is black with multi-coloured flecks. A single eye-level finder was fitted, the following a year a similar camera was manufactured by Coronet with a pair of eye-level finders. The body of the second model was black without the coloured particles.
