An early coupled rangefinder camera for roll film. Some versions have an extinction meter fitted close to the eyepiece. The frame around the viewfinder window is black on some models, on others it is nickel. Prontor or Compur (either with a 1/250 or 1/400 top speed) shutters were fitted.
The 
example shown here does not have an extinction meter though the windows for a meter are present.
