Identification:
Large external hinge and locking spindle.

This is the first model of the Boltavit with an external hinge and locking spindle to the camera back. The Boltavit was available in a black paint or chrome finish. On the second model the locking mechanism was built into the camera body which then had curved ends. The Boltavit developed into a range of cameras under the Photavit name.
