This was the last of the pre-war Ikoflex models introduced in June of 1939. It was an expensive camera at 40 when a Rolleiflex Automat cost just over 31. An indicator window near the lens shows red when the camera is ready for use, black when the film needs to be advanced and white when the delayed action is set. As the delayed action winds down so the indicator changes from white to black. Another indicator is below the film advance lever showing whether film is loaded.
