The finder is aimed at the scene, it shows an inverted blue image. Around this is a series of numbers. The number matching the 'just visible shadow detail' is set on the outside of the tube. The shutter speed and aperture pairs can then be read. The price was £1.16.0. A Leica version was also produced.
